Realized manages the follow-through. Your team handles the decisions and exceptions that need you.

Estimate the value of better follow-up.

Use your own lead volume and job value to explore an illustrative opportunity. The estimate is additional booked revenue—not profit, collected cash or a guaranteed result.

0–100,000

0–100

0–100,000

Assumptions: 45% close rate after contact; 50% of missed leads brought back into contact.

Adjust assumptions

Of leads reached, the share expected to book a job.

The share of missed leads recovered into follow-up, before applying the close rate.

These are starting assumptions, not measured benchmarks. Change them to reflect your business. The two percentages describe different steps: regaining contact, then booking after contact.

Estimated recoverable revenue per month$6,581

$78,975 per year if the same monthly inputs continue.

How the estimate is calculated

Monthly leads × missed-follow-up fraction × close-rate-after-contact fraction × average booked-job value × recovery fraction.

With these inputs: 300 × 15% × 45% × $650 × 50%.

The recovery fraction estimates the missed leads brought back into contact. The close rate estimates how many of those contacts book. No additional booking factor is applied.

Review your actual opportunity.
